HRA-11 "Scalpel" – Concept for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

This concept explores what the experimental Steyr ACR might look like as a fully playable weapon in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which takes place in the late Cold War era. The original ACR, developed for the U.S. Army’s Advanced Combat Rifle trials in the early 1990s, featured a high-velocity flechette system and a (back then) futuristic polymer shell.
The HRA-11 "Scalpel" builds on that foundation, adapting its form and function to suit the gameplay mechanics and visual style of Black Ops 6. Emphasis was placed on modularity, attachment compatibility, and silhouette clarity, while preserving the weapon’s unique, forward-thinking profile.
This piece was designed as part of a personal portfolio update, showcasing both historical grounding and creative reinterpretation within a familiar game universe.
